Kushtet e përdorimit të logos së QKK
Përdorimi i logos së QKK-së lejohet VETËM në rastet e parashikuara nga rregullorja e kësaj të fundit, ose në marrëveshje me të.
Producenti është i detyruar:
a) që në kreditet e fillimit dhe të fundit të filmit të shfaqë logon e QKK-së sipas formatit të përcaktuar.
b) të shkruajë në jo më pak se katër (4) sekonda në titrat e hapjes së filmit:
“ME FINANCIMIN E QENDRËS KOMBËTARE TË KINEMATOGRAFISË”
c) në gjithë materialin publicitar të filmit si postera, fletë palosje, ftesa, spote televizive apo në media, të përmendë pjesëmarrjen e Qendrës në mënyrë të qartë (jo konvencionale).
Conditions on the usage of ANCC’s logo
The ANCC’s logo must be used ONLY according to its regulations, or by an agreement with it.
The Producer is obliged to:
a) show the ANCC’s logo at the begining and at the end of film’s credits.
b) show NOT less than 4 (four) seconds at the begining of the film’s credits:
“WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE ALBANIAN NATIONAL CENTER OF CINEMATOGRAPHY”
c) mention clearly the ANCC’s financial support in all promotional materials of the film, such as posters, leaflets, invitations, media, TV spots, etc.
