Kushtet e përdorimit të logos së QKK-së

Përdorimi i logos së Qendrës Kombëtare të Kinematografisë (QKK) lejohet vetëm në rastet e parashikuara në rregulloren e saj ose në bazë të një marrëveshjeje me të.

Për filmat që përfitojnë mbështetje financiare nga QKK-ja, shtëpia kinematografike dhe producenti, sipas detyrimeve përkatëse, duhet:

a) Të shfaqin logon e QKK-së në titrat e hapjes dhe të mbylljes së filmit, sipas formatit të përcaktuar nga QKK-ja.

b) Të përfshijnë në titrat e filmit shënimin e mëposhtëm, duke e shfaqur në titrat e hapjes për të paktën pesë (5) sekonda: «ME MBËSHTETJEN FINANCIARE TË QENDRËS KOMBËTARE TË KINEMATOGRAFISË»

c) Të vendosin logon e QKK-së dhe shënimin për mbështetjen financiare në të gjitha materialet promocionale të filmit, përfshirë posterat, fletëpalosjet, ftesat, spotet televizive dhe materialet e publikuara në media ose në rrjetet sociale, duke e identifikuar qartë këtë mbështetje.

ç) Të sigurojnë që mbështetja financiare e QKK-së të përmendet qartë në të gjitha daljet publike të producentëve dhe autorëve gjatë promovimit të filmit.

Shënimi për mbështetjen financiare në titrat e filmit dhe në materialet promocionale duhet të paraqitet në shqip dhe anglisht, ose në gjuhë të tjera kur është e zbatueshme. Formulimi në anglisht është: «WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE ALBANIAN NATIONAL CENTER OF CINEMATOGRAPHY»

Conditions for Use of the ANCC Logo

The logo of the Albanian National Center of Cinematography (ANCC) may be used only in the circumstances provided for in its regulations or pursuant to an agreement with it.

For films receiving financial support from the ANCC, the production company and the producer, in accordance with their respective obligations, must:

a) Display the ANCC logo in the film’s opening and closing credits, in the format specified by the ANCC.

b) Include the following acknowledgement in the film’s credits and display it in the opening credits for at least five (5) seconds: «WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE ALBANIAN NATIONAL CENTER OF CINEMATOGRAPHY»

c) Include the ANCC logo and the financial support acknowledgement in all promotional materials for the film, including posters, leaflets, invitations, television spots, and materials published in the media or on social media, clearly identifying that support.

d) Ensure that the ANCC’s financial support is clearly acknowledged in all public appearances by the producers and authors when promoting the film.

The financial support acknowledgement in the film’s credits and promotional materials must appear in Albanian and English, or in other languages where applicable. The Albanian wording is: «ME MBËSHTETJEN FINANCIARE TË QENDRËS KOMBËTARE TË KINEMATOGRAFISË»
