Cedomir Kolar is a Croatian producer born in Rijeka on the Adriatic coast . His graduated in film production at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. Since 1991 , he has been working for Noe Productions Paris . He produced Before the Rain by Milcho Manchevski and Danis Taniv’s first films . In 2001 , he produced No Man’s Land Danis Tanovic, which won the Golden Globe , the Oscar for best foreign movie and a Cesar and Prix de la Mise en Scène in Cannes .
